Terms and conditions

Payment

Goods should be paid for in full at time of ordering. In some circumstances you may pay by cheque or Paypal within one week of placing an order, but please note that we will not start work on your jewellery until full payment has been made.

Cancellations

Because the jewellery we make is personal to you we cannot accept cancellations.

Delivery

Items are posted by first class recorded mail, usually within two weeks of ordering but at busy periods it may take longer.

In the unlikely event of your jewellery being lost in the post we will at our discretion replace the item or issue a gift voucher to the same value after a period of five weeks from the posting date.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchases. Because the items we produce are personal to you we cannot accept returned goods unless they are faulty, in which case we will issue a refund or replace the item at our discretion.

Gift vouchers are non-returnable. Upon purchase you should be aware that we only cover Cornwall and the recipient must be able to either attend one of our events or visit us in Camborne to place an order and redeem the voucher. WE DO NOT DO KITS BY POST.
